We adhere to strict quality checks to our product before they are despatched to our customers.
      The following quality tests are carried out:

• Weight :
  As the online production is going on, every container is weighted to ascertain the weight at the time of production. The containers are later weighed again with all the accessories at the time of despatch.
  
  
• Light Test:
  A bulb/torch, light is inserted in the mouth of container to check for foreign particles/ pinholes.
  
  
• Drop Test:
  The containers filled with water are dropped from a height of 1.2 meters from all 4 sides (i.e. 4 drops). The same container is again dropped from a height of 2 meters.
  
  
• Leakage Test:
  The containers are filled with water and then kept upside down (mouth facing on the floor for 24 hours)
  
  
• Stock Load Test:
  The containers are filled with water and kept 1+2 drums to check the strength of the bottom drum to know that it can with stand the pressure or not.
